Family Treatment Requests

Grocery Items Request

Grocery requests must be submitted weekly by noon on Mondays.  Food requests will be fulfilled by Wednesday evenings each week.

The following household and baby items can be picked up by your Case Worker or In-Home Support Worker at any time.​

  3. Dish Soap - Bring Container

  4. Hand Soap - Bring Container

  5. Laundry Soap - Bring Container

  6. Bleach - Bring Container

  7. Toilet Bowl Cleaner

  8. Garbage Bags - All Sizes

  9. Recycling Blue Bags

  10. Lightbulbs

  11. First Aid Supplies

  12. Toilet Paper

  13. Wipes

  14. Diapers
